Made with a special jacketing compound, this standard stock cable gives you high Flexibility without sacrificing weather resistance. Flex-A-Prene welding cable is the first to meet SAE J1127, a standard that requires a minimum amount of copper per gauge. To meet this standard, the cable must also pass extensive tests against flame, heat and cold. These conditions are similar to what Welders experience on a daily basis.
